Weddings at the Club
Since 1936 the Tacoma Club has been the premier dining and social setting for Tacoma’s business community. As a private business contact and social fellowship club, its distinguished functions and stately meeting rooms are of national class. Located in downtown Tacoma on the 16th floor of the Wells Fargo Plaza, the panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, the city and the waterways are breathtaking. One can always find attentive, yet unobtrusive service that shows a distinct attention to detail.
*In addition to our posted hours, the Club is available with reservations day or night Saturday and Sunday, as well as Monday evenings, for special functions.*

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or groups because chairs can be moved.
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Audiovisual capabilities available as well as writing boards or flip charts.
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function. 8’ rectangle or 6’ round tables are used.
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. An eight foot table seats 10 people comfortably. Appropriate for groups renting a dance floor.
